There are things in which you can do that will reduce your swollen ankles, the first has to be for you to drink a lot of water. Drink as much water as you can throughout your entire day because that will help your body to reduce the fluid retention and it will be healthy for you to do anyway. Though when you are going through pregnancy then it is very important to keep on drinking at least eight or ten glasses of water every day. That will keep you and your body hydrated and it will help to reduce the fluid in your body stopping swelling in the ankles.
